2. Reservations and Payments

2.1 Booking Process
Reservations can be made through our website, by email, or in person at our office. To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment is required depending on the selected service.

2.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or secure online payment platforms. Transaction fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the client.

2.3 Pricing Policy
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include services such as bicycle rental, safety equipment, guide, and entrance fees, if applicable. Personal expenses, insurance, and tips are not included unless specified.

2.4 Balance Payment

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or safety concerns, we will offer an alternative date or a partial refund.

• Be in suitable physical condition for biking at altitude and uneven terrain.

6. Agency Responsibilities

Bike Tours Cusco guarantees experienced guides, quality equipment, and a safe biking experience. However, we are not responsible for accidents, delays, loss of personal belongings, or incidents caused by third parties or uncontrollable factors.

7. Travel Insurance

We recommend that all participants carry travel insurance covering accidents, medical emergencies, and cancellations. Bike Tours Cusco does not provide personal insurance coverage.

8. Equipment Use and Liability

Participants are responsible for the proper use and care of the rented bicycles and equipment. Any damage due to negligence or improper use may incur additional charges.

9. Claims and Legal Jurisdiction

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the service. Legal matters will be governed by Peruvian law and handled in the courts of Cusco.
